Process Workflow

The complete pretreatment sequence includes:

  1. Pre-Degreasing
    Initial removal of oils and surface contaminants to prepare parts for thorough cleaning.

  2. Degreasing
    Deep cleaning phase using chemical degreasers to eliminate residual grease and improve subsequent treatment effectiveness.

  3. Rinse 1
    First-stage water rinse to remove any remaining chemical residues.

  4. Rinse 2
    Second-stage rinse ensuring cleaner surfaces and reducing cross-contamination.

  5. Acid Treatment
